Services

X Giga LLC provides VoIP phone services, managed communications solutions, and related technology services to businesses and individuals.

Communications

We send SMS/text messages only to individuals who have expressly opted in — either verbally (by phone or in person) or by checking the SMS consent box on our web form. We do not use implied consent for text messaging. Text messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Standard message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to service activation. All quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on scope of services.

Service Availability

X Giga LLC will make reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

X Giga LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from our services beyond the amount paid for the service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
